Management allowing bikers to block the entrance is a safety hazard and extremely inconvenient!!! The shower floors were dangerously slippery, leading to real safety concerns and discomfort!!!

Top selection for a short-term stay in Springdale, great for the money. The walk-in shower allowed easy access, but water splashed everywhere. Be careful when walking to the front door with blocked access from motorcycles.

I had a fantastic 6-night stay in a Standard King Room Communication Accessible. The breakfast was a highlight, always delicious with a great variety, and the staff, especially the breakfast team, were friendly and welcoming. The lobby music added a nice touch that created a pleasant vibe while relaxing. One area for improvement would be enhancing the check-in process for a smoother experience.
